Our Therapeutic Wellness Programs and classes are designed for people with chronic diseases, which can include (Parkinson, cancer, diabetes, hypertension and arthritis) or any condition that can impact function of life. Services include post stroke, cancer care, blood pressure self-motioning, diabetes prevention and therapeutic movement.

Healthy For Good
“Healthy For Good” is a 12 month lecture series presented by American Heart Association, Mary Washington Healthcare and Rappahannock Area YMCA. This series is free for all YMCA members and nonmembers. The presentations will be conducted at the Massad Family YMCA by health professionals from all three organizations and will focus on four subject areas: BE WELL, EAT SMART, ADD COLOR and MOVE MORE.
