Terms & Conditions

All ticket sales are final.  Your ticket purchase includes one meal ticket for the food trucks from the Luau select menu and two drink tickets.  In the event of inclement weather, the Luau will be rescheduled for Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 6-10pm at the Thurston Waterpark.  We ask that our guests continue to work together to keep our community safe by remaining home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID. Guests should be fever-free without the use of medications for at least 48 hours prior to attending the event.

Important Information for Childcare: I understand that childcare is only available for those attending the YMCA Luau.  I understand that my child will only be permitted to leave with the person that signed them in and any persons that appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to pick up my child.  The police may be called for safety.  State law mandates that the YMCA staff are mandated to report any suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.  I also understand that children must be picked up no later than 10:15pm and a $25 late fee will be added for any pickups after 10:15.
