NEW! Complete Athlete Clinics are designed to help youth athletes improve their strength, balance and agility to enhance their athletic performance. Clinics are available for ages 8-13 and 14-18.

 

Agility Clinic:

This clinic will focus on breaking down the components that make any explosive athletic movement possible. Isometric, eccentric and concentric strength will be emphasized through strength training, plyometric training and through various drills to increase athletic agile movements from the athlete.

Runs Tuesdays and Fridays from June 8th-24th.

Ages 8-13: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Ages 14-18: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

 

Football Clinic:

This clinic will help football players in the Fundamental skills of Blocking, Tackling and Pass Rush. Through various drills athletes will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills and learn different techniques and tactics to become the best they can be.

Runs Tuesdays and Fridays from July 13th-29th.

Ages 8-13: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Ages 14-18: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
