Hours of Operations:

Monday-Friday 5 AM-7:30 PM
Saturday 7 AM-5:30 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM-3:30 PM

Our pool is an 8 lane, 25 meter competition pool with a zero depth to 3ft 6in entry.   There is an area designed for children that has a mushroom play feature. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.  There is a member lap lane open most days and times as well as open swim.  For questions concerning the pool, please contact Alexandra Bentz at 540-775-9622 x 3020 or abentz@family-ymca.org.
