HOME SCHOOL FITNESS
A fitness-based program that focuses on overall conditioning in team sports
(basketball, dodgeball, floor hockey, lacrose, soccer, volleyball) and individual sports. Presidential physical fitness assessments are done throughout the year with a final test and awards in May.
Program runs from September through May.
HOME SCHOOL SWIM
This program is a great way for the kids to cool down from all the running in Home School Fitness. The shallow end of the pool will be made available for inner tube racing, water polo, noodle races, swimming or whatever takes your fancy.Classes designed to teach swimming skills to the beginner or novice swimmer, improve techniques, and build endurance for novice to advanced swimmers.
