Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring

Massad Family YMCA

The Blood-Pressure Self-Monitoring (BPSM) program is a 4-month evidence-based program designed to help those with high blood pressure better manage their BP by developing the habit of routine self-monitoring and tracking their BP. Upon completion of the program, participants may experience reduction in their BP, development of new skills to manage their BP, ability to identify and control triggers that elevate their BP, and more confidence in their ability to adopt healthier eating habits.
