Wednesday/Friday Swim Basics – School Age 1 & 2

Students increase comfort with underwater exploration and are introduced to basic self-rescue skills, performed with assistance. Once a student is comfortable, they are encouraged to make forward movement through the water and perform self-rescue skills independently.
