Stage 2 Teen/Adult – Wellness Pool

This class encourages forward movement, on both back and front, and includes more advanced self-rescue skills. Skills include: Retrieving items in chest deep water, swimming on front and back without assistance, transitioning from swimming to floating, independent water entry and exit in deep water, and treading.
Deck Managers reserve the right to move student based on skill level and pool availability.
