Maximize Your Workout

We are kicking off the new year with a members-only cardio challenge! Do a Sprint 8 workout program on one of our Matrix cardio machines for 20 minutes a day, 3 days per week for 6 weeks and see results! Workout on your own or join us for an instructor-led session.

Don’t forget to pick up a challenge tracker to record your workouts! Members who complete the challenge will receive a prize. 

Challenge starts January 3rd and runs through February 21st.
