Students learn personal water safety, achieve basic swimming competency, and progress to learn about the four competitive swimming strokes. Kids from 5 to 12 can progress through six stages of classes as they learn to swim, work to refine strokes, and advance their water skills, beginning with water acclimation, movement and stamina, and progressing through stroke introduction and stoke mechanics.
No matter your age, water safety is important, and it’s never too late to learn a new skill. Teens and Adults may choose from different levels of classes, beginning with water safety and swimming competency, to building and refining stroke techniques. Choose from group lessons or work one-on-one with an instructor with private swim lessons.
