Our YMCA’s offer a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to help you reach your goals and meet your needs. We cover mind, body and spirit from Zumba to Bootcamps and strength classes from Yoga to Power Pump. We have high impact and low impact classes as well as specialty classes like TRX, Senior Fitness, Bootcamp, Adult Ballet. Most of our group fitness classes are included with your membership, though some branches may offer select specialty classes for an additional fee.
Benefits of Group Fitness
Develop a healthy habit by attending classes on a regular schedule. Your instructor and fellow class members are there to keep you motivated and supported in your wellness journey!
Group fitness classes are a great way to have fun while you are working out, and a great opportunity to make friends with others in your community.
Sometimes just getting there is the toughest part of working out. Reserving a spot each week will help keep you on track and give you a sense of accountability.
Online Reservations
Most of our classes are on a drop-in basis, but certain classes require reservations. Group Fitness Classes can be reserved on our YMCA360 Mobile App (or through the web portal) on the Virtuagym platform. If you do not yet have a Virtuagym account, contact your branch membership desk to get started. Drop-ins are permitted if space allows. Certain classes, such as TRX and MX4, have a limited capacity and may have a waitlist. If you are a non-member, please sign up at the Welcome Desk. Our non-member drop in fee is $15 per day.Â
