Jump-start a healthier lifestyle with Get in Sh8pe, an empowering 8-week small group program for women ages 16+. Learn the basics of fitness, nutrition, stress management, goal setting, and more—all in a supportive, fun environment.

Participants receive before/after consultations, accountability, and weekly sessions full of encouragement and variety.

Enjoy the Easter season with our egg hunt for school-aged participants. The hunt will take place in the dark with neon lights guiding the way. Come with your own baskets or bags to search for eggs filled with a surprise. SMILES and having FUN is required!
