2023 Homeschool Fitness YMCA Run-A-Thon!Â
Students in Homeschool Fitness will be running laps around cones in the field behind the YMCA to raise money for our annual field day and other equipment. We will be preparing for the event using local running coaches and experts.  Students will seek pledges from family, friends and neighbors for their efforts.  Pledges can be made per lap or simply a flat donation in recognition of participation.  Laps will be capped at 60, which is a full 5K.  Students completing the 5K will receive special recognition!  Please help your child talk to family and friends about this great fundraising effort.  All donations […]

Join us for a Tennis Social at the Rowe Tennis Center to raise money for an addition of restrooms at the Jon Fried Outdoor Tennis & Pickleball Complex. Participants will enjoy an evening of mingling and playing with our amazing tennis community. Bring a snack or dish to share!

Rappahannock Area YMCA Turkey Trot Celebrates 30 Years this November
FREDERICKSBURG, VA – The Rappahannock Area YMCA is celebrating 30 years of hosting their annual Turkey Trot race on November 24, 2022. The Turkey Trot consists of a 5K Run/Walk and a Youth 1-Mile run/walk in downtown Fredericksburg.
The race is held on Thanksgiving morning and has become a highly anticipated tradition for many Fredericksburg residents and their guests looking to kick off the holiday with a brisk run before sitting down to their annual feasts.

Join us at the Massad Family YMCA for our Annual Community Health & Wellness Fair in partnership with Mary Washington Healthcare. This event is FREE and open to the public!
