Healthy Kids Day 2023
Healthy Kids Day® is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs and their communities hosted free community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond. Join us for events at each of our four Rappahannock Area YMCA branches.

Homeschool Fitness Run-A-Thon
2023 Homeschool Fitness YMCA Run-A-Thon!
Students in Homeschool Fitness will be running laps around cones in the field behind the YMCA to raise money for our annual field day and other equipment. We will be preparing for the event using local running coaches and experts. Students will seek pledges from family, friends and neighbors for their efforts. Pledges can be made per lap or simply a flat donation in recognition of participation. Laps will be capped at 60, which is a full 5K. Students completing the 5K will receive special recognition! Expresso Challenge Donations
The Massad Family YMCA and Ron Rosner Family YMCA are participating in Expresso’s Rally for the Y challenge! Join on of our teams at Expresso.com and raise money by clocking miles on the Expresso bikes in our wellness centers, or make a direct donation below.

March Tennis Social
Join us for a Tennis Social at the Rowe Tennis Center to raise money for an addition of restrooms at the Jon Fried Outdoor Tennis & Pickleball Complex. Participants will enjoy an evening of mingling and playing with our amazing tennis community. Bring a snack or dish to share!
